Shipping & Returns
Order Processing and Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
All in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
We don't ship on weekends.
Standard delivery: Our standard delivery service throughout the USA, Canada, and
international is via USPS first class mail. Standard delivery times are as follows:

Continental US addresses: typical delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of
shipment depending on your location.

Alaska and Hawaii addresses: typical delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of shipment depending on your location.

Canada and international : typical delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of shipment depending on your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for any reason of most products* for exchange, store credit, or
refund, less original shipping cost (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date.
The items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**.
Original sales receipt or proof of purchase must accompany your return.
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item).
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any retail store selling our
products. As well as products purchased at a retail store may not be returned or
exchanged online.

with your order number, reason for returning and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions.
*Unless the product’s item description notes that it is not eligible for return, refund, store
credit or exchange --> for example: our sale items.
**New, unaltered, and unused condition means an item that is returned without showing
signs of wear or damage.
